The Technology Tune-Up will include the following:

Initial telephone consultation to review the Technology Tune-Up and discuss current, proposed, and desired technology.

One morning or afternoon site visit, a focus group meeting with a small diverse group to discuss technology initiatives, then tour to see how technology is currently deployed.

A one to two page Technology Template will be provided. The Technology Template will be a document in "plain English" that highlights specific recommendations on current and proposed technology initiatives.
The Larson & Darby Group will follow-up with you to address any questions on the Technology Template. Some answers to be provided in the Technology Template will include the following:
